Timelapse experiment

I’ve been taking visual notes for a prophecy series by It Is Written Ministries. I have an easel in the back and take notes each evening. The series will eventually have 22 presentations.

For some recent presentations I decided to make time-lapse videos.

Setup

I purchased a tripod from LumeCube that extends about 5 feet. I topped it with a phone clip from Manfrotto (same clip as Joby). Below are photos of my setup for this series of large format notes.

Apple Time-Lapse Camera

I created this first video using the time-lapse option on the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max. The camera settings do not provide any options for adjusting the speed or number of image frames per second. The time-lapse camera automatically adjusts the frames per second rate so that the resulting video will always be 20-40 seconds in length.

Below is a time-lapse of my preparation of the visual note – the speaker’s name, identifying icons, and the date.
