Taking notes in a tight space

In July I attended a series of meetings at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

By the time of the main speaker, every seat was filled, and I had no room extend my hands left or right to take visual notes as I usually like to do.

I resorted to taking notes in the Apple Notes app and used these later to draw my visual note for the sermon.

Typed notes

Taking notes twice has the benefit of content review, making it more likely to retain the content. This particular speaker, Erton Köhler, goes fast. He is also one of the few speakers where I had to take photos of his slides because he moved so quickly. I used the slides to capture key points.
